5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 04.09.2017. Er. H.S. Saini, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee. The Committee give an opportunity to consumer for rebuttal which he give to Dy. CE/DS Circle Hoshiarpur. Dy. CE/DS Circle Hoshiarpur commented on the rebuttal and again commented that the amount charged already is in order and same should be recoverable. Therefore considering all the detail pervious recommendation and consumption data. The Committee unanimously decided that the amount charged is recoverable.

CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee.Sh Ravinder Singh Hira appeared before the committee in person. He was directed to submit his representation within 10 days to Dy CE/Op Circle, Hoshiarpur who will submit his comments thereon within the next 10 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Thu 03, Aug 2017  This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er H.S. Saini, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee. Sh Prabhjit Singh brother of S. Ravinder Singh Hira is present in person. The comments of the Dy CE/Op Hoshiarpur have been received and placed on record. A copy of the same has been supplied to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any, within 7 days. The case is adjourned accordingly.
