5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 04.09.2017. Er. H.S. Saini, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee. Dr. Surinder Kumar, in person, appeared before the committee. The committee considering the consumption data recommended by Dy CE/Op Circle Hoshiarpur unanimously decides that the amount already charged is recoverable. However, the Committee decided that MMC recovered from the consumer for the period amount is charged i.e Dec 2013 be adjusted. The Committee also decided that it is gross ir-regularity on the part of the J.E . He should be charge sheeted for the lapses.

1 Tue 13, Jun 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.06.2017. Er H.S. Saini, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee. Dr Surinder Singh husband of the consumer appeared before the Committee in person and produced the power of attorney which has been placed on record. He was directed to submit his representation within 10 days to the Dy CE/Op Circle, Hoshiarpur who will submit his comments thereon within the next 10 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. Dy CE/Op was also directed to submit relevant ME/Lab report and up to date consumption data. The case was adjourned accordingly.
2 Thu 03, Aug 2017  This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er H.S. Saini, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee. Dr Surinder Singh husband of the consumer appeared before the Committee in person. The Comments of Dy. CE/Op Hoshiarpur have been received and are placed on record today and a copy of the same is supplied to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any, within 7 days. The M.E. Lab report has also been received and is placed on record.
The case is adjourned accordingly to the next date of hearing.
