5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er H.S. Saini, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee. Sh Kamal Chand Secy. Shri Baba Kirpal Dass appeared before the committee in person. The comments of Dy CE/Op Hoshiarpur have been received and placed on record today and the copy of which have already been supplied to the consumer. He does not want to submit anything in rebuttal. The case has been deliberated at length and the committee comes to the conclusion that whatever has been deposited by the consumer for putting his case in ZDSC is sufficient to compensate the loss of the PSPCL. The case is decided accordingly.

1 Tue 13, Jun 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.06.2017. Er H.S. Saini, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee .Sh Kamal Chand Secy. Shri Baba Kirpal Dass appeared before the committee in person. He was directed to submit his representation within 10 days to Dy CE/Op Circle, Hoshiarpur who will submit his comments thereon within next 10 days with a copy to consumer for his rebuttal, if any. Dy. CE/Op Circle Hoshiarpur was also directed to submit DDL in this case (if any) and up to date consumption data. The case was adjourned accordingly.
