5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 04.09. 2017. Er. Inderpal Singh, Addl.SE/Op M T Div. Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Mr.Vikash Sandhu S/o the consumer appeared before the committee and explained that he has not installed any A.C. at his premises. The complete consumption data and LCR was submitted by ASE/Op M T Div Jalandhar on behalf of Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar . In view of the LCR, showed no AC installed and considering the consumption data, the Committee observed that the consumption during 10/16 of 7789 units, in 12/16, 13202 units and 976 i.e. till the meter was replaced is abnormal as per connected load of the consumer. In view of the above, the Committee unanimously decided that the amount charged from 10/16 to removal of meter is not chargeable as the meter is defective. The Committee accordingly, decided that the reading of 8/16, 6/16 and 4/16 which is 1318, 1704 and 944 units, the average of above 3 readings comes out to be 1323 units and the committee decided that the bill for these units be taken for 10/16, 12/16 and till the replacement of meter. The account of the consumer be over-hauled accordingly.

1 Thu 03, Aug 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Mr Vikash Sandhu S/o the consumer is present today in person and has informed that his father Charanjit Sandhu has expired. He is directed to submit his representation to the Dy CE/OP Circle Jalandhar within 7 days for his comments and he will submit his comments within next 10 days with a copy to the consumer. The LCR and the Load Checking report with upto date consumption in this case be also submitted to the committee on the next date. The case is adjourned accordingly.
