5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 04.09.2017. Er. H.S. Saini, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee. Sh Naresh Kumar representative of Sh. Baldev Singh appeared before the committee. The committee after considering comments of Dy CE/Op Circle Hoshiarpur on his representation unanimously decides that the consumption during 12/16 of 19813 units is abnormal, un-justified . Therefore, it is not recoverable and the committee decided the consumption of 10/16 of 137 units recovered instead of 19813 units and accordingly, the amount over-hauled.
