5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.09.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Baljit Singh representative of the consumer appeared before the Committee. The case was investigated and deliberated. The consumption data of 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and the committee unanimously decided that Meter Serial No. 69518 MCO No. 10001669466 was installed on 20.7.15 and was removed on 7.10.15 i.e.78 days. The committee observed that the meter was replaced on 07.10.15 and was checked in ME Lab which reported the meter as Okay. But as per data the consumption of this meter for 78 days during the year 2015 was abnormally high so that the committee decided that the accounts of the consumer for these 78 days be overhauled on the basis of consumption recorded during the same period of 2016. The case is decided accordingly.

1 Thu 03, Aug 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. The consumer is not present. The Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar is directed to ensure the presence of the consumer on the next date before the committee. The case is adjourned accordingly in the interest of justice.
2 Mon 04, Sep 2017  This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 04.09. 2017. Er. H S Bansal, ASE/Op East Div Jalandhar on behalf of Dy CE/ /DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Baljit Singh representative of the consumer appeared before the Committee. The Committee after deliberations, decided that the reading data is not upto date and committee also decided that the site of the consumer be checked and the LCR ( not below the Rank of SDO) be produced in the next meeting along with complete consumption data. The case is deferred to the next meeting.
