5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 04.09.2017. Er. Inderpal Singh, Addl.SE/M T Div Jalandhar on behalf of Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Mr. Harjinder Singh proprietor of the firm appeared in person before the committee and requested for refund of amount as the multiply factor has been affected as 1.00 instead of 0.5. The committee checked the record and explanation of Addl.SE/Op Model Town Div Jalandhar that the refund is genuine. Accordingly, the Committee unanimously decided to give the refund to the firm subject to pre-audit by the Audit party. The case is decided accordingly.
