5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 04.09.2017. Er. H S Bansal, Addl.SE/Op East Div. Jalandhar on behalf of Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Mr. Jasmeet Singh Rana representative of the firm appeared before the committee and pleaded that the amount of Rs. 1,34,911/- is not chargeable as per their view as the relevant circular( CC No.27/14) for segregating the Industry was issued. He also contended that CC No.38/09 as per their view stands with-drawn in view of the above circular . Therefore, the amount should not be charged. The Committee considering all the Circulars, instructions of the PSPCL particularly feel that the amount charged vide CC No.38/2009 is not in order. The Committee unanimously decided that the amt. charged is not recoverable from the consumer.
