5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.09.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Mr. Gurubal Singh representative of the firm appeared before the committee. The committee analyzed the data of the consumer from 6/16 onwards and observed that the consumption of the consumer is abnormally high during 6/16 and 7/16. Whereas after change of meter the consumption recorded is comparable with preceding and succeeding periods. So the committee decided that account of the consumer for 6/16 and 7/16 be overhauled on the basis of consumption 7/17 i.e. 3557 units. The consumer should be over-hauled accordingly.

CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Mr Navneet Narula representative of the firm appeared before the committee. The Committee feels that the site of the consumer be got inspected from the SDO In-charge and the LCR be produced in the next meeting. The case is adjourned to the next meeting accordingly.
