5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.09.2017. Er.Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Mr. Navdeep Kundra in person, appeared before the committee. The committee analyzed the data of 3 years i.e. 2014-2015 & 2016 preceding the date of challenge. The committee also considered the report of M.E. in which the meter phase declared pulse behavior erratic considering both the items above, the committee felt that the maximum consumption of 704 units recorded in Jan.& Feb 2014 (Bi-monthly) be considered for this disputed period and account of the consumer be over-hauled accordingly.

CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Mr. Navdeep Kundra in person, appeared before the committee. The Committee feels that the site of the consumer be got inspected from the SDO In-charge and the LCR be produced in the next meeting. The case is adjourned to the next meeting accordingly.
