5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.09.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy CE/Op Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. The consumer nor his representative appeared before the committee. Whole of the record has been scrutinized by the committee and found that the amount charged is recoverable. Hence, the amount charged to the consumer be recovered and the case is decided accordingly. In addition, Meter Reader who was taking readings is not doing his job properly. His explanation be called and strict action be taken against the defaulter.

1 Mon 04, Sep 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 04.09.2017. Er. Inderpal Singh, Addl.SE/M T Div Jalandhar on behalf of Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee.Sh. Paramjit Singh is present in person before the committee. The Committee feels that the site of the consumer be got inspected from the SDO In-charge and the LCR be produced in the next meeting. The complete details of bills charged for the year 2014- 2015 & 2016 be produced in the next meeting and the refund be specifically specified. The case is adjourned to the next meeting accordingly.
