5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.9.02017.Er. Sanjiv Kumar, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Nawanshehar presented the refund case of SMO Banga before the Committee. Dr. Niranjan , Medical Officer, Banga appeared before the committee. SMO Banga hospital was charged NRS Tariff from 2012-13 and 2013-14 instead of DS Tariff as per instructions of PSPCL. In view of the instructions, the Committee felt that the above refund is genuine and allowed. The same should be got pre-audited before refund is given.
