5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 24.11.2017. ASE/Op Div. PSPCL, Mahilpur on behalf of Dy. CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Jaswinder Singh, representative of the consumer, appeared before the committee. The consumer had challenged the working of the meter being running very fast on the plea that the consumption of the meter was very much on the higher side for the period 3/2016 to 3/2017. The meter was changed and checked in the ME lab and found that the meter was working with in permissible limits. The load of the consumer was checked vide checking report No. 36 dated 19.9.2017 and was found that the load of the consumer was .640 KW against sanctioned load of .680KW. As per checking report the shop was used for Hair Dresser. The ZDSC after going through the consumption data observed that the consumption of the consumer remained very much on higher side for the period 3/16 to 3/17 in proportion to load of .680 KW. So, the Committee decided that the consumer for the period 3/16 to 3/17 be charged @ 213 units per month instead of actual consumption. The account of the consumer be overhauled accordingly.

1 Thu 26, Oct 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.10.2017. Er. H S Saini, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Jaswinder Singh, representative of the consumer, appeared before the committee. He was directed to submit his representation within 10 days to Dy CE/Op Circle, Hoshiarpur who will submit his comments thereon within the next 10 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. The case is adjourned to the next meeting accordingly.
