5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 30.01.2018. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Varun Chadha PA to consumer and Sh. Rajwant Singh appeared before the committee. It has been reported by Addl.SE/Model Town Divn, Jalandhar that the said meter was not checked in ME Lab and as such ME Lab report cannot be provided. It is observed from the consumption data that the consumer was served bills on “F code” basis for the period from 01/16 to 03/17. Due to which, the consumer was billed on average basis instead of actual consumption. In the month of 04/17, the consumer was charged for the difference of actual consumption and the average bills. As such the amount is chargeable.

1 Thu 26, Oct 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.10.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Varun Chadha PA to consumer appeared before the committee. He was directed to submit his representation within 10 days to Dy CE/Op Circle, Jalandhar who will submit his comments thereon within the next 10 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. The LCR (not below the rank of AEE/AE) and M.E.Lab. report in this case be also submitted to the committee on the next date. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Fri 24, Nov 2017  This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 24.11.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Varun Chadha PA to consumer appeared before the committee and informed verbally that during the month of Oct.2017, JE of the area along with one workman visited their premises and told that there is possibility of consumption of 50 units per day at their premises. The Committee, after deliberation, directed the representative of the consumer to give everything, in writing, within 3 days to Dy, CE/Op Circle, Jalandhar who will submit his comments thereon within the next 10 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. The case is adjourned accordingly.
3 Thu 21, Dec 2017  This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 21.12.2017. Er. Suvarsha, Sr XEN/Tech. DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. The member from Industrial side Sh. Parmodh Chopra, has not attended meeting. Sh. Varun Chadha PA to consumer and Sh. Rajwant Singh appeared before the committee. The Consumer challenged the working of the meter. The Committee, directed Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar to produce copy of M.E. report in the next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly.
