5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 24.11.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee and explained that the load of the consumer was extended from MS to LS on 08.05.2015. Due to late entry in SAP system, the consumer was continuously charged under MS category and he deposited the bills for the period 6/15, 7/15 and 8/15 and his bill under LS system was issued on 26.11.2015 for the period 08.05.2015 to 26.11.2015. So, the consumer was charged for the months 05/15 to 08/15 both under MS and LS category and the consumer had deposited both bills under MS and LS category. The committee decided that bill issued to the consumer under MS category from 6/15 to 8/15 are not chargeable and amount of MS bills be refunded in future energy bills.

1 Thu 26, Oct 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.10.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Kanwal Krishan Chatrath owner of the firm appeared before the committee in person. He has submitted his representation to the Committee. The same has been submitted to Dy CE/Op Circle, Jalandhar who will submit his comments thereon within the next 10 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. The case is adjourned accordingly
