5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 30.01.2018. Sh. Rijul Anand representative of the consumer appeared before the committee. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Dy CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar was asked to get the load detail of the consumer checked and as per checking report dt 25.1.18, the load of the consumer found within sanctioned load. After going through the consumption data, it has been observed that the bills of the consumer for the period 4/17 and 5/17 have been issued on “F code & N code” respectively and in the month of 10/17, bill for consumption of 12705 units for the period 3/17 to 10/17 has been issued and the consumer has challenged this bill. The committee observed that there is no significant difference in the consumption. The committee decided that the bill issued to the consumer, is recoverable.

1 Thu 21, Dec 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 21.12.2017. Er. Suversha, Sr XEN/Tech.DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Rijul Anand representative of the consumer appeared before the committee. He has submitted his representation before the Committee. The same was sent to Dy CE/Op Circle, Jalandhar who will submit his comments thereon within the next 10 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. The load of the consumer be got checked and LCR (not below the rank of AEE/AE) in this case, be also submitted to the committee on the next date. The case is adjourned accordingly.
