5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 23.02.2018. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Rahul, representative of the consumer, appeared before the committee. The meter of the consumer was replaced on 20.3.2016. After that, bills of ‘F’ code were issued to the consumer up to the month of Dec-2016 and during the Month Jan-2017 the bill for actual consumption i.e. 11541 units was issued. The meter of the consumer was checked in M.E.lab and found OK. The Committee observed that the consumption of the consumer after replacement of meter is also on the higher side as compared to consumption during disputed period. Keeping this in view, the Committee decided that the amount already charged to the consumer is recoverable.

1 Thu 21, Dec 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 21.12.2017.
Er. Suvarsha, Sr XEN/Tech. DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. The member from Industrial side Sh. Parmodh Chopra, has not attended meeting. The consumer nor any of his representative appeared before the committee. XEn/Tech DS Circle Jalandhar was directed to make sure that the consumer be present in the next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Tue 30, Jan 2018  This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 30.01.2018.
Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. The representative of the consumer, appeared before the committee. He was directed to submit his representation within 10 days to Dy CE/Op Circle, Jalandhar who will submit his comments thereon within the next 10 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. The case is adjourned to the next meeting accordingly.
