5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.04.2018. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Gurdeep Singh representative of the consumer appeared before the Committee. The Committee examined the consumption data for the period after 18.12.2017, the date on which the connections were reportedly set-right by Enforcement Wing. After deliberations, the Committee decided to charge the consumer for the period from 14.05.17 to 18.12.17 on the basis of Average consumption recorded between the period from 09.01.18 to 10.03.18 i.e. average of 2860 units, 3795 units and 3274 units accordingly.

1 Tue 30, Jan 2018  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 30.01.2018.
Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Gurdip Singh representative of the consumer appeared before the committee. The committee deliberated the case and asked to Dy CE/DS Circle Jalandhar to call concerned Sr.Xen Enforcement to explain the slowness factor of -66.66%, -54% and 32.44 % for different period in the next meeting. The case is adjourned to the next meeting accordingly.
2 Fri 23, Feb 2018  This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 23.02.2018.
Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Gurdip Singh representative of the consumer appeared before the committee and submitted letter of authorisation which has been placed on record. Er. Sukhwinder Singh Sandhu, ASE/ Enforcement-2, PSPCL Jalandhar appeared before the committee and explained his checking report with respect to slowness of meter and data down load. The consumption of the consumer during the last billing cycle was reported as 2296 Kwh and 3795 KVAH. ASE/Enf-2,.Jalandhar was requested to submit his self- contained report to the office of Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar within 15 days who shall submit the same to the Committee during next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly.
3 Fri 23, Mar 2018  This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 23.03.2018.
Er. Suvarsha, Sr XEN/Tech./DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Amrik singh father of the consumer appeared before the Committee. Addl.SE/Enf.2 PSPCL, Jalandhar was present during the meeting and explained the findings of his checking as well as findings of the print out. The Committee decided to further examine the DDL print out which was submitted by ASE/Enf.2 Jalandhar. Accordingly, the case is adjourned to the next date.
