5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 29.08.2018. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Joginder Singh has appeared before the Committee. In the previous meeting, Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar was asked to send complete consumption data of the consumer for the period 1/2015 to 08/18 and the same has been put up to the Committee. After going through the consumption data, it has been observed that reading of the consumer have not been taken regularly by Meter Reader. The consumption of the consumer for the period 23.07.2015 to 06.10.2016 is recorded as 90581 units and monthly average comes to 6040 units. The Committee decides that the account of the consumer for the period 07.07.2017 to change of meter be over-hauled @ 6040 units per Month. The account of the consumer be over-hauled accordingly. It may also be ensured to recover the payment of bills as per actual meter reading after change of meter .

1 Fri 23, Mar 2018  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 23.03.2018.
Er. Suvarsha, Sr.XEN/Tech. DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee.
The consumer Sh. Joginder Singh appeared before the Committee. The Committee observed the consumption data provided with the case. The consumption as on 01.07.2016 has been reported as 40891 units and as on 06.10.16 has been reported as 49690 units. Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar is requested to examine the consumption data in detail and report the same to the Committee before next date of ZDSC meeting. The load of the consumer may also be got checked and report before the next meeting. The representative is also requested to submit his petition if he wishes so and Dy. CE/Op Jalandhar shall submit complete report before the next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Fri 13, Apr 2018  This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.04.2018.
Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. The consumer Sh. Joginder Singh appeared before the Committee. During scrutiny of the record, it has been found that complete consumption data is not available. The Committee desired that the complete reading/consumption data is required in this case which may be furnished in the next meeting. The report on the Petition, submitted by the consumer, may also be commented upon by DY/CE DS Circle Jalandhar.
3 Wed 23, May 2018  This case again came up for hearing on 23.05.18 before the Committee . Er. Suvarsha Sr.Xen/Tech.Op Circle Jalandhar presented the case. Neither consumer nor his representative appeared before the Committee. Dy.CE/DS circle Jalandhar was asked to submit consumption data from 01/2015 onwards up-to-date & detail of payments of various bills made by the consumer. The case is adjourned accordingly.
