5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 12.07.2018. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Parvesh Chadha representative of the consumer appeared before the committee. He argued that his account has been overhauled on the basis of future consumption base whereas previous consumption base is available, so it should have been overhauled on the basis of previous year consumption base. After going through the consumption data, the Committee observed that load of the consumer is constant and consumption should also remain constant because of the same type of load. Moreover the power supply in urban areas where the connection/tower falls is 24 hours for the last many years. However, the consumption of the consumer has increased very much after the change of meter in June, 2016. Therefore, the Committee decides that the amount already charged to the consumer on the basis of future consumption, is recoverable.

1 Fri 23, Mar 2018  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 23.03.2018.
Er. Suvarsha, Sr.XEN/Tech. DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee.
As per request dated 22.03.2018 submitted by the firm M/s Indus Towers Ltd. for adjournment of the case on his request, the case is adjourned to the next date accordingly.
2 Fri 13, Apr 2018  This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.04.2018.
Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Parvesh Chadha representative of the consumer appeared before the committee. The Committee deliberated the case and desired that complete consumption data from the year 2014 onwards along with status of meter may be put up before the Committee in the next meeting. The details of over-hauling of accounts as and when done by D/S offices and basis of over-hauling may also be put up to the Committee. The case is adjourned accordingly.
3 Wed 23, May 2018  This case again came up for hearing on 23.05.18 before the Committee . Er. Suvarsha Sr.Xen/Tech.Op Circle Jalandhar presented the case. Neither consumer nor his representative appeared before the Committee. The consumer telephonically requested to defer the case for the next meeting & acceeding to the request of the consumer, the case is adjourned to the next date.
