5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing on 23.05.18 before the Committee. Er. Suvarsha Sr.Xen/Tech.Op Circle Jalandhar presented the case. Sh. Daljit Ram S/o Sh. Chuhar Ram appeared before the Committee on behalf of the consumer. After deliberation the committee decided that no amount is recoverable from the consumer because as per consumption data, the consumption of this connection never exceeds 150 units since the release of the connection & being SC consumer, it covers the free unit concession.

Er. Suvarsha, Sr.XEN/Tech. DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee.
Sh. Daljit Ram S/o the consumer appeared before the Committee. He was requested to submit his written petition on which Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar shall submit his complete report. The load of the consumer may also be got checked and report before the next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Fri 13, Apr 2018  This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.04.2018.
Er Parwinder Singh,Dy CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Daljit Ram S/o Smt. Banso appeared before the Committee. The Committee gone through the consumption data and report of M.E. Lab. Further, it was desired that the consumer case may be presented by Dy. CE/DS Circle Jalandhar in next meeting along with SCO’s etc. So as to ascertain the meter particulars. Further, any other relevant record may also be presented before the Committee. The case is adjourned accordingly.
