5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 12.07.2018. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, Dy CE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. As per the minutes of the last meeting, ther Meter of the consumer was got checked in M.E. Lab and as per the report, Meter Display and Pulse was found Dead. The consumer did not attend meeting. The Committee after going through the consumption data and meter checking report, decides that the account of the consumer be over-hauled for the same period i.e. 3.5.16 to 3.4.17 on the basis of consumption recorded for the period 11/2015 to 04/2016 @ 902 units. The account of the consumer be over-hauled accordingly.

1 Fri 23, Mar 2018  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 23.03.2018. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Neither the consumer nor his representative appeared before the committee. , Dy.CE/DS Circle, Kapurthala was requested to serve notice to the consumer to attend before the Committee on the next date. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Fri 13, Apr 2018  This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.04.2018. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Sh Harvinder Singh representative of the consumer appeared before the Committee. On the MCO, the meter was observed as “Display defective”. The Committee desired that the meter may be got checked from M.E.Lab. from its final reading and accuracy and complete M.E. report may be put up before the Committee, duly commented by Dy CE/Op Circle Kapurthala. Hence, the case is adjourned accordingly.
3 Wed 23, May 2018  This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 23.05.2018. Er. Pawan Kumar ASE/Tech , Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Jaswinder Singh appeared before the committee. The Committee desired that the meter may be got checked from M.E.Lab. from its final reading and accuracy and complete M.E. report may be put up before the Committee, duly commented by Dy CE/Op Circle Kapurthala. The PO informs that meter has not checked in ME Lab due to the absence of the consumer on dt 21.5.18. The consumer has served final notice for check the meter on dt 29.5.18. Committee has decided to submit the ME report in next meeting so the case is not delay further.
4 Wed 23, May 2018  This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 23.05.2018. Er. Pawan Kumar ASE/Tech , Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Jaswinder Singh appeared before the committee. The Committee desired that the meter may be got checked from M.E.Lab. from its final reading and accuracy and complete M.E. report may be put up before the Committee, duly commented by Dy CE/Op Circle Kapurthala. The PO informs that meter has not checked in ME Lab due to the absence of the consumer on dt 21.5.18. The consumer has served final notice for check the meter on dt 29.5.18. Committee has decided to submit the ME report in next meeting so the case is not delay further.
