5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 23.05.2018. Er.Ashwani Kumar, ASE Tech, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Raj Kumar Manager appeared before the committee. On the consumer petition dt 23.3.18 report of Dy CE DS Kapurthala was received the consumer representation was explained the matter by ASE Tech Kapurthala regarding the period for which the consumer has charged i.e. 12/15 to 05/17. The detail of amount charged has also been provided and explain to the representative. As per the report of ther Dy CE Kpt reason for charging the amount was due to delay in submission of advice by sub division office. Meter was changed in 12/15 and advise was sent in 03/17. After deliberation the committee decided to uphold the charged amount. Further Dy CE Kpt may fixed responsibility of late submission of advice and to take appropriate action in the matter. The committee may also be apprised the same.

1 Fri 23, Mar 2018  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 23.03.2018. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Sh Ankur Sehrabat, Asstt. Manager Indian Overseas Bank Shahkot appeared before the committee and submitted his petition during meeting. Dy CE/Op Circle Kapurthala was requested to send his report/ comments on the petition before the next ZDSC. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Fri 13, Apr 2018  This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.04.2018. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. The consumer has sent request for adjournment to the next date. Accordingly, the Committee decides to adjourn the case for next meeting.
