5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 12.07.2018. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Mr. Pankaj S/o Smt. Anita Rani appeared before the Committee. As per the minutes of the previous meeting , ASE/Op Cantt. Div Jalandhar offered his comments on the Rep. of the consumer and Dy. CE. Op. Circle, Jalandhar also consented to the comments offered by ASE/Op Cantt Div. Jalandhar. As per the consumption data, the Bills to the consumer were issued under ‘N’ Code from the date of connection i.e. 05.04.2016 to 25.09.2017. The Committee decided that total consumption recorded upto change of meter i.e. 03.04.2018 be distributed from the date of connection to the date of removal of meter and revised bills be issued. However, bills already deposited by the consumer during this period, be adjusted. The account of the consumer be over-hauled accordingly.

1 Fri 13, Apr 2018  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.04.2018.
Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee.
Sh. Pankaj S/o Smt. Anita Rani consumer appeared in the meeting. The representative was requested to submit the petition direct to Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar who shall submit complete report with respect to the petition before the next ZDSC. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Wed 23, May 2018  This case again came up for hearing on 23.05.18 before the Committee. Er. Suvarsha Sr.Xen/Tech.Op Circle Jalandhar presented the case. The Committee instructed the P.O. to submit LCR after checking the premises of the consumer. He was also asked to submit rebuttal obtained from the consumer along with his comments in the next meeting. The case is adjourned to the next date accordingly.
