1 Fri 09, Feb 2018  Consumer received the bill 08.09.2017 to 11.09.2017 of 63days C code in which new meter reading 174580-173662=918 units and old meter difference of units 889119, total units 890037 amount 52,33.440 /. Consumer challenged the meter on dated10.10.2017 , consumer meter changed on dated 10.10.2017. Consumer meter checked in Me lab through challan no 29 dt 21.11.2017 and meter found ok . Commercial unit no 3 Hadiabad issued a notice to the consumer for deposite the amount 52,33,440/. Consumer given the application to consumer greivances redresseal fourm patial. Committee given the decesion on dated 09.02.2018 '' Account of the petitioner be overhauled for the period of 08.09.2017 to the date of replacement of meter on the basis of consumption of corresponding period of previous year as per Clause 21.5.2 of PSERC Supply Code 2014.
