5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 12.07.2018. Er. P S Khambha, SE /DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee. . Sh Avtar Singh appeared before the committee. As per the minutes of previous meeting, comments of SE/Op Hoshiarpur on the Rep. of consumer alongwith report and consumption data was put up to the Committee. As per the M.E.Report, the meter of the consumer was checked on active Mode and found O.K. However, the accuracy could not be checked on reactive mode due to defective Scroll Switch. The Committee decides that the account of the consumer be over-hauled as per actual meter reading for the month 05/17 to 08/17 . The account of the consumer be over-hauled accordingly.

Er. H S Saini, Dy.CE/DS Circle,Hoshiarpur presented the case before the Committee. Sh Avtar Singh appeared before the committee. He was asked to submit his petition to the sub division office and Dy CE Hoshiarpur shall submit the detail report of petition. Further committee desired that ME report and consumption data of the meter and also submitted in the next date of meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly.
