5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 29.08.2018. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Sham Kapoor Rep. of the consumer appeared before the committee. As per the previous minutes of the meeting, Dy CE/ Op. Circle, Jalandhar offered his comments on the representation of the consumer and it has been observed that the connection of the consumer is under MS category but demand of the consumer was wrongly mentioned as 105.89 KVA due to fault in SAP Software system whereas maximum demand of MS Category should not have more than 100 KVA as per CC No. 47/2014. The excess demand recorded more than the mentioned demand of 105.89 KVA has already been charged in the Bills. Now, the difference of 100 KVA to 105.89 KVA amounting to Rs. 102188/- is now charged by the Audit is recoverable. The case is decided accordingly.

Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy CE/OpCircle Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Sham Kapoor Rep.of the consumer appeared before the committee. The Committe desired that Dy CE/ Op Circle, Jalandhar may offer his comments, in detail, on the issue and submit the same to the Committee before next meeeting. Hence the case is adjourned accordingly.
