5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 29.08.2018.Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, Dy CE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Sh Pawan Kumar consumer appeared before the Committee in person. In the previous meeting held on 12.07.2018 , Dy CE/Op Circle Kapurthala was asked to present complete consumption data of the consumer in the next meeting . The same has been put up before the Committee by Dy CE/Op Circle Kapurthala. After going through the consumption data , the Committee observed that the connection of the consumer was released on 18.9.2017 and First bill was issued on 10.11.2017 for 9043 units. The consumer challenged the meter and the meter was checked in M.E.Lab. and the same was found as Dial Test and accuracy was found OK RTC was found defective. The Committee observed that consumption of consumer after change of meter is around 300-400 units so the commitee decided that the account of the consumer for the month Nov.2017 be over-hauled @580 units being consumption recorded for the period 10.03.2018 to 12.04.2018 for 33 days and revise to 53 days i.e. 360/33x53 and account of the consumer be over-hauled accordingly.

Er.Kanwar Jaswant Singh, Dy CE/Op Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Pawan Kumar Consumer appeared before the committee. On perusal of the data, the Committee observed that the consumption data of the consumer has been found incurrect. Dy CE/Op Circle, Kapurthala was directed to put up the same, in order and comments on the representation of the consumer may also be furnished before the next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly .
