5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 27.12.2018. Er. Suversha, Sr XEN.Tech /DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Narinder Singh Rep. of the consumer appeared before the committee. After going through the record, the bills released after Declaration of ‘D’ code, report was sought from Enforcement Organization which has been gone through report No. 39/1350 dated 27.12.2018. The accuracy of the meter has been checked at site and found tobe in order which is proved that ‘D’ Code was not actually there as consumption was intermittently reported during energy bills raised to the consumer. So, the Committee is of the opinion that the Average is not chargeable and from the date, the average has been charged in this case.,the Bill be over-hauled as per PSPCL present instructions i.e. MMC or actual units consumed.

1 Thu 12, Jul 2018  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 12.07.2018.
Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy CE/Op Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Narinder Singh Rep. of the consumer appeared before the committee and he was requested to submit his petition if he wishes so and Dy. CE/Op Jalandhar shall submit complete report before the next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Tue 29, May 2018  This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 29.08.2018.
Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Narinder Singh Rep. of the consumer appeared before the committee. The Consumer’s Rep. reported that they had purchased house in 2015 and the house remained vacant upto Dec.2017 and during this period, he was living in Model Town Jalandhar. The consumer was asked to give the proof of his residence and the Electricity Bill of that house where he resides. The case is adjourned accordingly.
3 Wed 29, Aug 2018  This case again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 29.08.2018.
