5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case was presented before the Committee on dated 05.12.18. Er. Suvarsha, Sr.Xen/Tech., Op. Circle Jalandhar presented the case. Sh. Anil Manchanda was presented in the meeting. The committee after going through the record & observed that the consumption in the Month of 05/2018 was 13465 units and the meter was replaced on 29.05.2018. The consumption recorded after the replacement of meter from 29.05.2018 to 14.09.2018 was recorded as 4468 units. So the account of the consumption for the challenged period the overhauled on the basis of consumption recorded after the replcacement of meter from 29.05.2018 to 14.09.2018 as per average consumption of 1238 units per month.

1 Wed 29, Aug 2018  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 29.08.2018. Er. Sanjeev Kumar, Dy CE/DS Circle, Nawanshahar presented the case before the Committee. The consumer Sh. Anil Manchanda appeared before the Committee in person. He was asked to submit his petition if he wishes so to Dy. CE/Op Circle Nawanshahar and Dy. CE/Op Circle Nawanshahar shall submit complete report to the committee before the next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly.
