The Committee discussed the case in detail & found that the consumer has already submitted her representation and upon which the comments of the Jalandhar circle has been received. The Committee decided the case on the basis of available record that rthe amount charged to the consumer is correct & recoverable.

Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh Sham Kapoor, Rep. of the consumer appeared before the Committee. He was asked to submit his petition if he wishes so to Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar and Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar shall submit complete report alongwith LCR to the committee before the next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly.
