5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case was presented again by Er. H.S. Bansal, Dy.CE/DS, Circle Jalandhar, in which, it presented that the meter of the consumer was declared defective in the month of 10/2017. Before that, it recorded continuously correct reading and after the replacement of meter, the reading recorded is less than average charged. The Committee gone through the record of ASE/Enforcement-2, Jalandhar. According to which, the parameters were recorded correctly on the display of the meter at the time of checking, there was no anomoly. As per record the meter was declared defective due to display smoky. The consumser Sh. Ajay Bedi was present before the Committee and he presented his side. The Committee after going through the record and all aspects of the case decided that the account of the consumer overhauled from 11/10/17 to the replacement of meter on the basis of consumption recorded in the month of 10/2016 @ 5197 units.

1 Sat 12, May 2018  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 05.12.2018.
Er. Suversha, Sr Xen/Tech. DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. The consumer appeared before the Committee in person and submitted his rebuttal. The Committee has desired to send the same to Dy CE/DS CIrcle, Jalandhar for offering his comments on the representation and DDL may also be furnished alongwith comments before the next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Thu 27, Dec 2018  This case,again, presented by Er. Suversha, Sr Xen/Tech. DS Circle, Jalandhar on 27.12.2018 before the Committee. Sh. Pankaj Chabbra (9855099777) relative of the consumer appeared before the committee. On scrutiny of this case, Dy. CE/DS Jal vide his office memo no. dt 21.12.18 sent the report signed by Sr.Xen East Divn Jalandhar. As such, He is requested to comment upon the report of Sr.Xen/East Divn Jalandhar to take action in this case and the detailed report of ME Divn Jal record checked be also be commented upon. The case is deferred accordingly.
