5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case was presented by Er. H S Bansal, Dy CE/ DS Circle, Jalandhar on 26.04.2019 before the Committee. Sh. Joginder Singh Verma, Representative of the Company appeared before the Committee. It was verbally submitted by the consumer’s Representative that their Company as a policy, have reduced their actual connected load at site after the year 2017 and as such, the Average charged is on the higher side. The Committee was of the view that in case some load was actually reduced by consumer at site, then, he should have got his sanctioned load reduced in records as per laid down procedure of PSPCL. Further, the actual consumption recorded from 12/17 till 12/18, is not showing any remarkable reduction in consumption as per data. The Committee also deliberated that consumer has been charged from 01.01.2015 to 06.05.2015 on actual unit basic for Rs. 19953/- which are correct and payable. Further, the meter of consumer was changed on 17.10.16 and 14.05.17 during which the consumer has been billed on ‘D’ and ‘R’ Code. The period from 03.06.15 to 14.05.17 has been over-hauled keeping in view the actual units recorded vide half marginno.169 dated 21.08.18 which are correct and payable. It was, thus, decided that the total amount of Rs. 209811/- charged to the consumer is correct and payable.
