5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, presented for bearing before the committee on 26.04.2019 by Er. D K Sharma, Dy CE/ DS Circle, Nawanshehar alongwith report of checking of consumer premises in which, it was brought out that connected load of the Consumer is 2.219 KW against the sanctioned Load of 2.560KW. It was also detailed in the report that only 2 rooms in the premises have been rented out whereas the remaining 3 no. rooms are locked because the owner is living Abroad. Keeping in view the previous consumption pattern of the consumer and report submitted by Dy. CE/DS. Circle, Nawanshehar, the Committee is of the view that units recorded in the month 9/18 and 11/18 are abnormal and cannot be recorded as per connected load of the consumer It was, thus, decided that the bill for the month 7/18 raised on ‘I’ Code, 9/18 and 11/18 till the date of replacement of Meter, may be revised with the Bi-monthly consumption of 365 units recorded in 5/18. The case is decided accordingly.

Er. D K Sharma, DyCE/ DS Circle, Nawanshehar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Paramjit Singh representative of Sh. Kulwant Singh appeared before the Committee in person and he was requested to submit his petition if he wishes to Dy. CE/Op Nawanshahar.Dy CE / DS Nawanshaharshall submit complete comments/report alongwith LCR, correct data and Status of residence that anybody is residing in the house continuouslyor otherwise with proof before the next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly.
