5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case was presented again by Er. H.S. Bansal, Dy.CE/DS, Circle Jalandhar. Sh. Sanjiv suri, the brother of the consumer was present before the Committee and the applicant presented his case. The committee after going through the record presented by Dy.CE/DS, Circle Jalandhar and comments given upon the application of the consumer, observed that red Phase of PT going towards meter remained stopped from 22.02.16 to 18.06.18 but the responsibility for checking the same ties with the employees/Officers, who records the reading. As per supply code instructions 21.5 the account of the consumer can be overhauled for a period of 06 month prior to the replacement of meter. So the Committee decided that the account of consumer be overhauled for a period of 06 month prior to the replacement/correction of meter @ 33.08% factor. So the disciplinary action be taken against the Employee/Officer, who record the reading.

Er. Suversha, Sr Xen/Tech. DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Neither consumer nor his representative attended the meeting. Sr Xen/Tech. DS Circle, Jalandhar was asked to give notice to the consumer to appear before the Committee on next date. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Thu 27, Dec 2018  This case,again, presented by Er. Suversha, Sr Xen/Tech. DS Circle, Jalandhar on 27.12.2018 before the Committee . Sh. Rajesh Suri consumer appeared before the Committee. The Petitioner has submitted his petition,the copy of which has been delivered to Er. Suversha, Sr Xen/Tech. DS Circle, Jalandhar for offering necessary comments upon the representation and submit the same before the next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly.
