5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case was again, presented by Er. H S Bansal, Dy CE/ DS Circle, Jalandhar on 03.06.2019 before the Committee. Sh. K K Bali Rep. of the consumer appeared before the Committee. As per report submitted by Dy CE/DS Circle Jalandhar, the meter of the consumer was physically replaced on 04.11.2015 as authenticated from ME-2 Register of the sub divison. Due to error by the concerned J.E.,the meter was not entered in the SAP system although correct meter was installed at the consumer’s premises and consumer continued to be billed on Average basis at ‘D’ Code. The Committee, after deliberating the case, decided that the average charged from 04.11.2015 to 21.10.2016 is adjustable against the actual consumption of 27581 recorded on the meter. The excess/less units billed to the consumer may be adjusted in the future bills. Further, if the consumer is not satisfied with the above decision, he has the right to approach CGRF, Ludhiana within stipulated period of 60 days.

1 Fri 26, Apr 2019  This case presented by Er. H S Bansal, Dy CE/ DS Circle, Jalandhar on 26.04.2019before the Committee. Smt.Rajni, UCO Bank Jalandhar appeared before the Committee.She was asked to give her representation, if any, before the Committee. She replied that the same has already been given earlier in Op Circle Jalandhar. Dy. CE/ DS Circle, Jalandhar was asked to offer his comments on the said representation and send the same to the Committee members before the next meeting. The case is adjourned accordingly .
