After checking of record and hearing the consumer, CDSC committee found that challenged meter after checking in ME lab was again installed in consumer premises. Committee asked to present complete site report of the connection and reason for installing same meter after checking in next meeting.
2 Fri 15, Nov 2019  Meeting was held on 15-11-19 and the case was decided unanimously that consider the old meter as OK and overhaul the account according to average of consumption of 375 units during 8/2018 on prorate basis and interest may be charged/refunded as per instruction of PSPCL.
