4.  ਵਰਨਣ The new connection was issued to the consumer in January 2020. According to the reading on the meter on 24.09.2020, the meter was faulty and the meter was replaced on 17.12.2020. Consumer Meter No. 808284 checked at ME Lab Bathinda, whose final reading was 29311 as per checking report 37/2015 dated 28.01.2021. 425 readings on O code in month 07/2020 and 787 readings on D code in month 11/2020 have been created in SAP system. Thus there was a difference of (29311-787) 28524 units in the billed consumption of the consumer due to which the consumer has been charged an amount of Rs.2,63,211/-.The consumer did not agree with this and filed a case with ZCRGF.
