According to the checking of the premises of the consumer on 19.04.2021 by the Assistant Engineer, the multiplication factor of the meter is 1, but in the SAP system, the multiplication factor was 0.5. Acting as per checking, the MF was corrected on 19.04.2021 and a notice was sent to deposit Rs. 3,90,083/-, with which the consumer did not agree and filed a case before ZCGRF.
