4.  ਵਰਨਣ AACD amount Rs.3,23,077/- has been charged to the consumer vide half margin no. 308 dated 07.10.2019, in respect of which notice to the consumer no. 2827 dated 30.09.2021 issued and this amount charged in SAP system on 16.10.2021,is charged as per Regulation 16 of Supply Code and Section 11.4.1 of ESIM. Consumer did not agree with this, because according to him, the calculation made in half margin of AACD is not correct according to Rs 5.48 per unit and neither the amount of FCA found in half margin should be taken nor the benefit of HT rebate has been reduced from AACD.

1 Wed 16, Nov 2022  This case was presented before the committee by the Superintendent Engineer/Divisional Constituency, Mr. Muktsar Sahib. Shri Prashotam Girdhar appeared on behalf of the consumer in this case. It was told by him that the consumer was given half margin no. of the audit party. 308 dated 07.10.2019 AACD amount of Rs.3,23,077/- has been charged which is found in the bill issued to the consumer on 22.10.2021. With which they do not agree because the calculation made in half margin of AACD is not correct according to Rs 5.48 per unit and neither the amount of FCA found in half margin should be taken nor the benefit of HT rebate has been reduced from AACD.
P.O. told before the committee that the consumer was given half margin no. 308 dated 07.10.2019 AACD amount Rs.3,23,077/- has been charged, in respect of which notice to the consumer no. 2827 dated 30.09.2021 issued and this amount charged in SAP system on 16.10.2021 is charged as per Regulation 16 of Supply Code and Section 11.4.1 of ESIM which is correct.
