5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ After hearing the consumer and PO and examining the record submitted by him, the committee decided that the Actual consumption bills charged to the consumer from 07.02.2022 to 07.03.2022 and from 07.03.2022 to 07.04.2022 are accurate and recoverable from the consumer. If the consumer is not satisfied with this decision, he can appeal to the Corporate Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum Ludhiana within 2 months of receiving the decision.

1 Mon 06, Mar 2023  The PO told the committee that the bill of the said consumer in the month of 02/2021 and 03/2021 is based on the actual consumption recorded from the meter site and is correct.
The consumption data and meter challenge report submitted by the PO was scrutinized by the committee and it was found that the consumption of the consumer was based on O code only in month 02/2021 and month 03/2021 and thereafter also in month 07. Until the meter is replaced in /2021, the bills of the consumer for the month 05/2021, 06/2021 and month 07/2021 respectively for 2410, 2619 and 2490 KWH units are also made of O code.
