1 Fri 19, May 2023  Case got decided that the amount charged to the consumer is not recoverable and the entire amount along with interest and surcharge should be refunded to the consumer. Apart from this, the 20% amount deposited by him should also be adjusted according to the bills coming in the current account at his residence.
