5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Representing officer told to committee that connection is released on 14.08.2023 and consumer requested to SDO WEst on date 18.09.2023 that his meter is working fast. concerned J.E reported on LCR 49/712 that Working of pulse is not correct/accurate. Data is feteched from the MDAS portal and it is observed that the working of the meter is not accurate. Meter is working on 60 Ampere load from the day of installation. Hence it is deciced to amend the account by LDHF.
